Introduction
[edit | edit source]Receiving is the second stage where the goods will check and confirm before sending to the supervisor for approval
Steps
[edit | edit source]- Go to Inventory Management > Receiving
- If this is the first time you have enter into this screen, you will be ask to pick your brand > branch > warehouse
- Enter the GRN number and click "Start Retrieve and Receiving"
- If the user have already enter product in staging, it will be shown here. If not, the user can enter anytime
- If you need to enter more than one item under one bag, you can click "New row" and press "Delete" to remove it.
- If you decide to close one by one, you can click "Complete" under that bag.
- Once you have done everything, you can click "Complete Receiving" and it will automatically confirm everything with product.
