Micronations/Future

There are a number of future possibilities for micronations, both conceptual and for existing microstates.

Short term future

It is likely that micronations which do not attempt to establish themselves on the same level as existing states will continue to operate as normal. As the idea of micronations continues to proliferate, it's likely that recognized nation states will begin to crack down more on microstates which conduct certain activities, such as establishing borders.
