Argumentative essays express subjective point of view, analyse reasons, is a kind of genre that persuade people to believe in one's opinion. The purpose for the creation of argumentative essays is to express the opinion and assertion of oneself on a subject matter, to persuade other people to believe in one's insight, at the same time criticise other people's opinions, so discussing the pros and cons of matters. Words that serve the purpose of persuading people to believe, are called argumentative essays.
