There are no exceptions or irregularities in the formation of the personal infinitive (except for the stem pôr, which drops the circumflex when expanded). All verbs are created as follows.

I speak Eu falar
You (s,inf) speak Tu falar es
He speaks
(also ela, você)		 Ele falar
We speak Nós falar
 mos
You (p) speak Vós falar
 des
They speak
(also elas, vocês)		 Eles falar em
