Synovial Sarcoma

    • Retrospective. 150 patients with M0 synovial sarcoma. Conservation surgery + RT (32% preop RT, 68% postop RT). Median F/U 13.2 years
    • Outcome: OS 5-years 76%, 10-years 57%, 15-years 51%; DFS 59%, 52%, 52%; LC 10-years 82%; DM 10-years 44%
    • Poor predictors: tumor >5cm, age >20
    • Conclusion: Adequate local control with surgery + RT. Elective nodal RT not indicated
