  • 1996: Generator 0.96 - modular synthesizer for the PC requiring a proprietary audio card for low-latency operation
  • 1998: Generator 1.5 - total redesign featuring hierarchical structures and support for any standard Windows soundcard
  • 1999: Generator/Transformator/Reaktor 2.0 - adds granular sampling, real-time display of envelopes and filters, and support for the Macintosh
  • 2000: Reaktor 2.3 - introduces the Premium Library and plug-in support for VST, VSTi, DirectConnect, MOTU, and DirectX formats
