Super Mario World/Enemies/Ball 'n' Chain
Ball 'n' Chain is exactly what the name suggests: a spiked ball attached to a block by a chain. The ball rotates around the block slowly. Mario can be damaged by the ball, but the chain has no effect at all. The block that the chain is attached to functions the same as any other solid block in the game.
