[edit | edit source]\dump
Description
[edit | edit source]\dump is valid only when running INITeX, and most users of TeX will never have to use it. It essentially replaces \end when writing a format file, and tells TeX to output all previous coding in a .fmt file that TeX can quickly read in while processing a document.
