From Wikibooks, open books for an open world
Gyoza is a popular Chinese restaurant fare, also known as the potsticker. While it is derived from a Chinese recipe, it is more closely associated with the Japanese Gyôza or Pan-Fried Dumpling. Its contrast between filling and crispy exterior is a very pleasing sensation and, like many dishes, it can be melded to incorporate almost any flavour.
