This template is to link to the Listusers entry for one username, which (if the username exists) will show whether the user is or is not an administrator.
This template takes one primary parameter: a username. If this is not provided, the default is "Example".
The link label defaults to the username if provided (or otherwise "Example"). To provide a different link label, provide it as a second unnamed parameter.
The list length defaults to 1 (one). This can be overridden with the optional parameter limit=(number). With this option, the default linklabel will say "##-username list starting at: username".
