Template:R to TRS-template
Appearance
This page is part of Wikibooks Trainz Wikibook Administration. • It lists a template which may be useful editing Trainz. Trainz specific (special purpose) templates will be found in or under Category:Trainz Templates, which also lists/links to this Help page. |
- Purpose
This template is used to auto-categorize Trainz Templates which are template redirects or templates calling sub-templates or other templates with alternative mode boilerplate and/or parameters.
- usage
- Add on the redirect line directly after the redirect link.
- It will auto-categorize the page to Category:Trainz redirect templates
with a sorting pipetrick as passed by {{{1}}}
- should the redirect page be edited later by someone unaware of how redirect templates function, it also then presents the following message:
This template is a template redirect,
- a template namespace page which can simply alias a template name with one easier to use for some syntactic or other administrative reason,
- or one which is calling another as a sub-template, perhaps with a specific set of mode parameters configured for a different default behavior.
