Appearance
Ingredients
[edit | edit source]- 1 lb spinach
- 1 pint strawberries sliced
- ½ cup pecans, toasted
Dressing
[edit | edit source]- ⅓ cup raspberry vinegar (or white vinegar with raspberry syrup, I used petel)
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 t. dry mustard
- 2 t. poppy seeds
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Toast pecans over low heat on top of stove or in oven. Set aside to cool.
- Combine dressing ingredients and shake well.
- Toss and garnish with a few sliced strawberries.
- Serve.
