WikiLang/Extinct languages

Extinct languages have no remaining speakers, native or non-native. However, that doesn't mean those languages cannot be reclaimed and revitalized. Projects have occurred in the past where an extinct language have been revitalized by a community with the help of linguists, using existing documentation and archives.
