Chapman is a sweet non-alcoholic drink widely served at parties and events all across the Nigeria.

  • 2 bottles (6 liters) Boom blackcurrant beverage
  • Water
  • 5 pineapples, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 12 apples, cored and diced
  • 10 watermelons, removed from the rind and diced

Procedure

  1. Pour the blackcurrant beverage into the bowl. While stirring, dilute with water until it reaches your desired flavor.
  2. If not sufficiently chilled, transfer to the fridge and rest until cold.
  3. Divide the diced fruits between serving cups, then fill the cups with the beverage and serve.
