Saus kacang is a spicy Indonesian peanut sauce.
Ingredients

- Water
- Sambal oelek
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Soy sauce
Procedure
[edit | edit source]- Mix the peanut butter with water, and stir gently until smooth.
- Add some sambal oelek, some lemon juice, salt, and soy sauce. Keep stirring, adjusting the ingredients to get the taste right.
