2-ingredient brownies is a dessert that only contains 2 ingredients: eggs and Nutella (or other chocolate hazelnut spread). It is adapted from a recipe from the YouTube channel Tasty.[1]

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (300 g / 10.5 oz) Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread), plus extra for topping

Procedure

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a 20 cm (8-inch) square cake pan with parchment.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl for 5 minutes until light and airy.
  3. Beat in the Nutella spread until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into the lined cake pan.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Take the brownie out of the oven and leave it to cool.
  7. Spread the brownie with extra Nutella spread.
  8. Trim the brownie and cut into 16 squares.
