Alpha version change log

The following list documents the changes that have been made in the latest alpha version of Native Oberon. The changes listed here are being tested by the author, and will eventually make their way to the next beta version. Note that this log is updated more often than the ftp server, so if you see a change here that is not yet available on the ftp server, send mail to request an update.
