The progressive form or continuous construction is used to indicate an action that takes place over a continuous time which can be either present, past or future.
It is constructed as follows:
- vesser adree a * + Infinitive a
* the verb "vesser 'dree a" ("adree" is often abbreviated as 'dree) is conjugated to the mood and tense typical of the action or event.
a Infinitive of the verb that indicate the action.
- Notes on variants
- In Novarese dialect the variant drera is used.
