ਮੋਰ - Peacock

Bird is called ਪੰਛੀ in Punjabi. ਮੋਰ i.e. peacock, a symbol of grace, joy, beauty and love, is the National bird of India. It looks beautiful when it fans its tail feathers. Here are some more birds.

  2. ਬਟੇਰਾ = quail
  3. ਬਗਲਾ = egret
  4. ਕਬੂਤਰ = pigeon

2. Regular Punjabi nouns end with kanna(ਆ). Plurals of regular nouns are formed by replacing kanna(ਾ) with lanv( ੇ). Now write the plural forms of the following regular Punjabi nouns.
